We offer a THREE Days Delivery service on all orders placed before 2pm for Hong Kong.

Orders are tracked and we’ll provide you with all of the information you need to keep up to date on your order status during transit to you.
All orders received and accepted should arrive within three days.
For non-Hong Kong orders, your personal shipping cost will be calculated at the start of your checkout process.

At Kengo Store, we professionally package our products to ensure a safe and on-time delivery to you, as a result transit damage rarely occurs. Please check immediately upon receipt of goods for any visible damage or defects and ensure any damages are reported to us within 7 days. Please note, late reports of transit damage cannot be compensated.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Unwanted goods must be returned in full resalable condition, complete with original packaging.
The return of any item(s) is your responsibility until they are received in our warehouse, we are not liable for any damage in transit or for any loss of your parcel.
If the original packaging is missing or the items have been fitted or modified, we regret that we cannot accept a return.
